CDPAP caregivers have filed for our union election to join 1199SEIU, the largest and strongest homecare worker union in New York and nationwide. We put in a lot of work to get here, and we need to keep showing up and out because soon, we can vote YES to join 1199SEIU!
By voting YES and uniting with thousands of NY homecare workers in 1199SEIU, we can fight to win:
Better wages
Health benefits
Access to educational opportunities
PTO
Participation in decision making
A strong voice to protect Medicaid
